The Tern's Policy

Terny's Preloved sells preloved items like clothes, shoes, accessories, gadgets, collectables, bags etc from the Tern's Family. Unless, otherwise stated, all items are preloved, used, secondhand. We do have brand new stuff with /without tags, double gifts given by friends/lucky draw/freebies which have not been used.

Fuzzy, picky, high expectations shoppers, please leave. This preloved shopping site may not suits you.

What is the returns/ exchange policy?
Items sent are non-returnable or exchangable unless due to wrong items received.
Return postage at buyer's cost.
Worn/stained/damaged item will not be entited for return/exchange.

How can I pay for my order?
Internet Transfer - POSB/DBS/UOB (OCBC coming up soon)
ATM Transfer (Please provide us with the transfer reference and transfer date and time.)

Will you confirm my order details?
Yes, we will send you confirmation when we received your order. So that you can be confident that we have received your order.

Will you inform me when my order is dispatched?
We will send you a dispatch email notification once the item has been sent out.

What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?
Regretfully we can only track registered mail. Therefore, we encourage shoppers to opt for registered mail for your shopping. For all parcel, we will include our return address. If we do received a returned address, we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for lost in mail/damage caused by shipping. We will wrap the item in a safe and secure manner though.
